About Tery Lynne
Hello and Welcome! I am so glad you are here!
I have spent much of my life learning, healing, creating, researching, questioning, embracing the spiritual world and finding myself relearning and evolving within every season of my life.
I've never really believed that we are meant to stop learning about ourselves or about this beautiful, complicated world we get to call home. I often think of myself as an Earth Student. I'm always curious. Always reading something. Always writing something. Always creating, wondering, wandering and discovering another little piece along the way.
And perhaps that's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about holistic wellness and healing. I believe healing is not something we ever really finish. It's a relationship we build with ourselves over and over again.
- Sometimes healing looks like meditation.
- At times, it looks like sitting quietly by the ocean.
- It may look like picking up a paintbrush, opening a journal, writing a few honest words, taking a brisk walk or simply giving ourselves permission to rest.
- Sometimes healing is messy.
- And, sometimes it's beautiful.
My Spiritual Path
My spirituality is a very important part of who I am. I love Jesus. I love Holistic Wellness and I love following a spiritual, healing path that speaks to me. I have also found beauty and wisdom in Buddhism, particularly in mindfulness, compassion, presence and the practice of becoming more aware of the life that is happening right in front of us.
I know these paths aren't always viewed as something that should be intertwined. But I have never believed that I have to hide pieces of myself simply because they don't fit someone else's definition of what spirituality is supposed to look like.
I'm learning to trust what brings me closer to love, compassion, peace, presence and a deeper understanding of myself and others.
A Little Bit About Me
Known for my compassion and healing modalities centered around self-love, meditation and creativity. I was trained as a Healing Arts Coach with an emphasis in holistic healing. I've earned certifications in Holistic Health, Meditation and Life Coaching.
I am deeply committed to not only my own healing and creative expression, but also to help others bring their healing journey and creativity to life. My deep empathy for others stems from my personal journey with Domestic Violence, Anxiety, Depression and Chronic Pain.
Throughout the years, I've earned a college degree in Applied Science studying Law and went back to school to study Psychology. My passion for the Arts and Healing is what keeps me alive as I continue to thrive and inspire others to do the same.
So, come pull up a beach chair, bring your curiosity (and maybe a cup of sweet tea), and let’s share something beautiful - from the heart and from our home.
